Glass Entertainment Group was founded in 2000 by six-time Emmy-winning journalist and on-air personality Nancy Glass. As a single mother of two, Nancy started the company from her dining room, pitching her own ideas in an effort to sell shows with only her dog at her side. Over 25 years later, Glass has grown into a multi-story production house outside Philadelphia, though dogs—and their occasional barks—remain part of the culture.
